Family Transition Support Services

Program Description
Our agency philosophy stems from the premise that every individual and family has strengths and capabilities that can and should be developed. Guiding the development of these strengths are the core values of FTSS, which includes flexibility, non-judgmental attitudes, optimism, creativity, mutual support, life skills development, mentoring, and therapy. In 1996, FTSS began as a grass roots agency that believed in making a difference in the lives of children by offering them a caring and consistent role model. By utilizing a strength-based approach, we endeavor to empower families to make constructive decisions for themselves in the familiar surroundings of their homes and communities.
